Functional and practical, with a design allure: these are the qualities that went down best at Coverings in Atlanta and at the ICFF in New York, and are perfectly embodied in the new FAP collections…

Design for contract and residential projects, driven by contemporary trends, is increasingly practical, multi-function, convenient and in search of an authentic look that focuses less on particular styles and increasingly aspires to guarantee a timeless appeal able to take on board and satisfy our sense of beauty.

Add to this the distinctive Italian charm that has made products made in Italy recognisable worldwide – and you have a winner!
This is what brought operators in the sector and design lovers flocking to the FAP Ceramiche stands at Coverings & ICFF 2018.

Among the collections US visitors were most impressed with were the new FAP Ceramiche white body and porcelain stoneware options, which bring new lustre, form and substances to ceramic style.

Lumina: design, essential appeal and contemporary

More than a collection, Lumina is an embodiment of white body ceramic inspirations featuring modern graphics in delicate shades and with relief effects. An easy chic approach to bringing an elegant, contemporary allure to settings, creating a pleasant, relaxing ambience thanks to the enveloping, engaging surfaces.

In addition to the choices of sizes, Lumina offers a wide variety of textures, which in Line, Rose, Curve e Square come to life in the three-dimensional relief effects.
The collection is completed with special trims such as the steel listel tile, and – dulcis in fundo – the brand-new wall coverings Bubble and Grid (25X75) in white matt, boasting a subtle, luminous beauty.

Milano&Wall: atmosphere for contemporary living

Milano&Wall white-body wall coverings offer a modern take on soft-touch textures, with a sophisticated material warp that brings a colour vibration to the surfaces.
This is an extraordinary example of Italian sartorial style: discreet, elegant, revealed through light and shade effects on intense shades of beige, white, blue, grey, mocha, sage and dove-grey.

The exquisitely contemporary colour palette and relief textures make Milano&Wall an eclectic collection, perfect for creating original, sophisticated atmospheres in which light plays a key role once more. The collection, in the 30.5x56 size, offers designers special trims and coordinated decorations: Damasco, Kenzia, Righe Metal, Mosaici and Origami.

Milano&Floor: fashion combinations with an architectural vocation

The Milano&Floor resin-effect porcelain stoneware collection is supremely versatile and elegant.
The wall coverings offer all the performance of stoneware and the material beauty of slightly irregular surfaces, featuring fashion colours: corten, white, grey, beige, dove-grey in the matt and satin finishes, in the classic (30x60 and 60x60) and large (75x75, 75x150) sizes, as well as special trims (skirting ties, including shaped options, and step tiles) and beautiful mosaics.

Milano&Floor is perfectly in keeping with the contemporary mood, thanks to the soft surfaces that are able to engage with spaces and bring a warm touch to even the most austere commercial and residential settings.
The collection is studied to create coordinated looks, but it can also be used as an attractive counterpoint; this is the case with Deco, a striking base tile that can be used to create spectacular staggered laying patterns, offering maximum expressive and compositional freedom for the project designer.

Brickell: intriguing metropolitan atmospheres

Ancient yet ever-contemporary, the brick tile has been given a makeover by FAP Ceramiche, in a soft, luminous resin effect that won over visitors to Coverings and ICFF. The irregular surfaces of Brickell engage with the light, creating a graceful effect on the walls with brilliant reflections of colour, in the variants beige, brown, grey and white, in the 7.5x30 Gloss and 7.5x60 Matt sizes.

Brickell, both sophisticated and easy chic.
Ideal for new residential and commercial spaces, Brickell offers a multitude of laying solutions ad endless decorative options, thanks to mosaics – including the Macromosaico and the ultra-contemporary Round – and decorations, in particular the Tratti Metal listel, perfect for creating a sophisticated counterpoint.

For a hands-on experience of this luminous new material, you’ll have to wait for Cersaie 2018!
Stay tuned!
